About the Company

Vigilans is a private equity firm registered under Section 15 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act. We focus on managing capital for a select group of investors with an emphasis on long-term appreciation. Our work is based on expertise, transparency, and balance. We do not fall under the supervision of the Czech National Bank and do not issue securities to the public.

Our goal is to responsibly administer entrusted assets and achieve stable long-term returns at an appropriate level of risk. Every investment decision is made with regard to long-term value and sustainability.

Investment Strategy

The investment strategy of Vigilans is focused on long-term, stable appreciation of entrusted capital. Funds are managed collectively and distributed across different asset classes depending on their performance and ability to generate returns. The portfolio allocation evolves over time with the goal of achieving optimal balance between return and risk.

Within this strategy, the portfolio may include securities, receivables, business shares, real estate property, commodities, and works of art. We do not limit investments to specific industries or asset classes, giving us the flexibility to use hedging or leverage where appropriate and to adjust the strategy effectively.

Securities & Business Shares

Investments into private companies and long-term development projects with predictable income potential. The goal is stable returns through active management and partnerships with skilled operators.

Commodities

A complementary part of the portfolio providing protection against inflation and market volatility. We focus especially on tangible assets with long-term demand, including selected agricultural commodities.

Real Estate

Investments into residential and commercial real estate with a focus on stable income and increasing long-term value. The real estate segment is a key element of the portfolio due to its low correlation with financial markets.

Art & Collectibles

An alternative asset class based on investments in long-term valuable art and collectible items. This represents a refined diversification tool with appreciation potential over time.
The recommended investment horizon is at least five years. Investing always involves risk, and past performance is not a guarantee of future returns. Achieved results may vary depending on market conditions. Vigilans charges a management fee consisting of a base annual administrative fee and a performance-based fee. This incentive structure is designed to align our interests with the long-term growth of our investors’ assets.
